Food & DiningThis month's Sommelier Series features "French Sparklers".  The one-hour tasting begins at 5:30 pm in the Fenimore Room.  The cost is $45 per person which includes tax and gratuity.  The menu includes: Fennel-dusted Seared Scallops (blood orange & fennel salad/crispy capers/olives/pistachios) paired with Francois Montand Blanc de Blancs, NV (Jura); Foie Gras Tourchon (New York cider reduction/sea salt) paired with Moet & Chandon Imperial Brut, NV (Champagne); Salt-roasted Orange Duck (gnocchi/heirloom carrots) paired with Charles Heidsieck Rose Reserve, NV (Champagne); and Pine Nut Tart with lemon rosemary cream paired with Drappier Grande Sendree Brut, 2006 (Champagne).  Call 607-544-2524 for information and reservations.
