Join Sommelier Chad Douglass for our monthly educational wine tasting classes at 6:00 pm.

This month's theme is Year of the Rooster  - ring in the Chinese New Year with a celebration of poultry and wines from around the world. Each small-plate food tasting features an accompanying wine.  This month's menu features:
