This month's Beverage Series features Whiskeys with small-plate samplings. The one-hour tasting begins at 5:30 pm in the Fenimore Room. The cost is $45 per person which includes tax and gratuity. The menu includes: House-made Charcuterie (assorted smoked meats/seasonal accompaniments) paired with Cooperstown Distillery Beanball Bourbon; Barley Risotto (wild forest mushrooms & gremolata) paired with Smooth Ambler Rye;Coffee Rubbed Rack of Lamb with caramelized root vegetables & Scotch jus) paired with Cask Strength by The Irishman; and Chocolate Orange Flourless Cake with caramel sauce paired with Clynelish 14 yr Scotch.
