This month's Sommelier Series features the wines of Spain. The one-hour tasting begins at 5:30 pm in the Fenimore Room. The cost is $45 per person which includes tax and gratuity. The menu includes: Fideo with Clams (chorizo/saffron/sea beans/sweet garlic aioli) paired with Paul Cheneau Brut Cava Rose, NV (Penedes); Shrimp-FilledPiquillo Peppers (sherry vinaigrette/frisee) paired with Bodegas Jaun Gil "Kentia" Albarino, 2011 (Rias Baixas); Serrano Ham (manchego croquettes/tomate frito/olive/kale chips) paired with Palacios Remondo "La Montesa" Crianza, 2010 (Rioja); and Marcona Almond Citrus Cake with house-made olive oil ice cream paired with Gonzales Byass Olorosso Abocado (Jeres-Xeres-Sherry).
