Discover some of the many uses of wax in the 19th Century as you participate in TWO hands-on workshops in one day! The morning will be spent in the Pharmacy making a healing salve and lip balm to take home. After a delicious lunch, we will head down to Lippitt Farmhouse to dip candles made from a blend of waxes. Each participant will take home lip balm, salve, and two taper candles. Children ages 12 and older may participate when accompanied by an adult who also registers for the workshop. Class Fee: Members $80 including lunch and all materials. Non-members $90, including lunch and all materials. Requires advance registration, limited to six participants.Please bring an apron or comfortable clothes that you don't mind getting dirty. Your workshop includes a delicious boxed lunch and you will find the menu listed below. Please choose Option I, II, or III and email your choice by September 13th to email@example.com. (Option I is the default lunch order unless we receive another selection from workshop participants.)
